SERVICE AGREEMENT/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Andy G’s Auto Detailing strives to provide you with the best detailing service experience, and we thank you for considering us. Listed below are the terms and conditions of our business; we hope you find this information helpful when booking a service appointment.
AGREEMENT DETAILS/RESERVATIONS AND VEHICLE PREPARATION
1. Andy G’s Auto Detailing will not accept a job without a signed “Service Agreement” by the customer.
2. The length of time allocated for each service is an estimate. The actual service performed by us may vary depending on unforeseen delays and/or the condition of the vehicle (e.g., the actual service may take more or less time). Andy G’s Auto Detailing will contact you the day before your scheduled appointment to confirm your reservation and make sure the weather permits us to complete the work.
3. All items, personal belongings and loose change must be removed from the vehicle, including the center armrest/console and all other compartments. If any items are not removed prior to the service, they will be placed in a bag and left inside the vehicle. Andy G’s Auto Detailing will not be held responsible for damage or loss to any item left inside the vehicle, nor will they be held responsible for any lost or stolen property from the vehicle while it is in our care.
4. Due to child safety regulations, Andy G’s Auto Detailing will not remove any car seats, boosters or any other child safety equipment. Customers are required to remove these items prior to their service. Should these items be left in the vehicle, we will do our best to clean the area, but cannot promise this will be done to your complete satisfaction.
5. Andy G’s Auto Detailing will not be held liable for any damages that may have occurred prior to dropping the vehicle off at our facility.
6. Photos of your vehicle will be taken prior to the service and will be used to document the vehicle’s existing condition. Andy G’s Auto Detailing will take additional photos after the service is complete. These photos/images or a video of me and my property (with or without my name) may be used for publicity, advertising, website postings, and/or social media content.
SERVICE QUALITY
1. Customers are required to inspect their vehicle prior to leaving our premises so that any potential issues or concerns can be addressed immediately. Once the vehicle leaves the premises, Andy G’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for concerns that are not mentioned during the final inspection.
2. Andy G’s Auto Detailing aims to provide the highest quality of service, though we do not guarantee any of our services will fully restore the vehicle to its original manufacturer’s condition. This includes heavily soiled carpet/upholstery, deep set stains, odors, pet hair, sand, interior components (e.g. dashboard/steering column buttons, etc.) that are covered in dirt, grime, and/or makeup, etc.
3. A separate service form must be completed if a ceramic coating service is requested. This provides additional details regarding care information, warranties, preparation, etc.

FEES/PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS
1. Prices listed on our website are intended to give the customer a basic idea of costs for all available services and do not reflect the “Total Cost” or final agreed-upon price of the service.
2. The estimated cost and type of service requested by the customer will be written on a Service Order. Final costs will be determined at the time of visual inspection/during drop-off of the vehicle at our facility (costs are valid for up to 5 days providing the vehicle condition remains the same up to the appointment date).
3. Any changes or additional requests must be approved by Andy G’s Auto Detailing prior to when the service is performed. We reserve the right to amend any price quoted should it differ from the original price.
4. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment for auto detailing services. The full balance (minus deposit) is due upon completion of services. Deposits and final payments can be made by cash, credit card, check (payable to Andy G’s Auto Detailing), Zelle (732-434-8119), Venmo (@AndyGsAutoDetailing). If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, a $50.00 fee will be incurred.
5. Andy G’s Auto Detailing requires advance notice of 24 hours to cancel any booking/detailing service. If another booking is not made at the time of cancelation, you will forfeit the $50.00 deposit.
6. Each vehicle is subject to a $50 daily storage fee if it is not picked up when the service is complete.
LOSS OR DAMAGES
1. You the owner, renter, or borrower must obtain and maintain motor vehicle insurance coverage which includes physical damage and will not hold Andy G’s Auto Detailing liable for any damage to the vehicle in any event.
2. Andy G’s Auto Detailing will not be liable for incidental, consequential or punitive damage under any circumstances.
3. Andy G’s Auto Detailing will not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle, or injury to persons in or about the vehicle by reason of use or operation of the vehicle by the owner or other persons not employed by Andy G’s Auto Detailing.
Ceramic Coating Service Agreement
**Andy G's Auto Detailing Ceramic Coating Service Agreement will be given to the customer in paper form and must be dated printed and signed before any ceramic coating service is done on any vehicle.**
